At IAM, quality issues are addressed right at the product Research & Development stage. It takes into account selection of the right ingredient considering multiple factors including quality, availability, vendor dependability, supply chain issues, etc.

Our R&D/QC lab is one of our busiest departments. The team is headed by a Food Scientist having over twenty years of industry experience with a full time QA Manager. Prime responsibilities include assisting our clients develop custom formulations and perform on going tests to assure product safety and consistent quality.

Of course we maintain a comprehensive record of each production run and the shipments of finished goods.
